Motorcycle Officer Injured After Crash at W. Avenue N-3 and N. 32nd Street Monday
Palmdale, CA (November 23, 2020) – A California Highway Patrol motorcycle officer suffered injuries following a traffic collision in the area of W. Avenue N-3 and N. 32nd Street Monday.

The CBS Los Angeles reported the CHP officer was traveling behind a pickup truck. When the officer approached the Palmdale intersection, the truck apparently missed its turn into a driveway. Given that, the driver of the pickup truck attempted to make an abrupt U-turn.
Our sources indicated the officer traveling behind the pickup failed to avoid and hit the truck. The crash took place at approximately 7:15 p.m.
Authorities confirmed the collision resulted in serious injuries to the motorcycle officer. Responding medics transported the patient to a hospital in critical condition.
Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup truck reportedly stayed at the scene after the crash.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the motorcycle accident in Palmdale.
