Major Injury Crash at Green and Lincoln Streets Thursday
Palo Alto, CA (October 29, 2020) – One person suffered serious injuries following a traffic collision in the area of Green and Lincoln streets Thursday evening.
Patrol Vehicle vs. Dirt Bike Accident in Palo Alto, October 29
The California Highway Patrol dispatch mentioned the wreck involved a patrol vehicle and a dirt bike. For reasons still unclear, the two motorists crashed at the Palo Alto intersection.
Shortly after 6:25 p.m., emergency teams arrived at the site and found one person with major injuries. Paramedics transported the victim to Stanford Health Car Hospital. The patient received treatment for severe trauma including a broken pelvis, and a broken left knee. Police continue to withhold the name of the patient pending confirmation.
The conditions of other parties involved in the crash remained undisclosed.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the traffic accident in Palo Alto.
