PALOS VERDES ESTATES, California (March 21, 2016) – An elderly man riding a bicycle was seriously injured in a collision Friday on Palos Verdes Drive West, according to the Daily Bulletin.
Palos Verdes Estates police said the 82-year-old Marina del Ray bicyclist collided with a car about 11:45 a.m.
As per the article, the unresponsive rider was immediately transported to County Harbor-UCLA Medical Center near Carson, where he was listed in serious condition. His name was not publicized.
Meanwhile, the woman driving the vehicle involved was not cited.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
