Pedestrian Killed by Vehicle in Panorama City
PANORAMA CITY, Calif. (Dec. 5, 2023) – A fatal pedestrian accident in Panorama City happened Monday night at North Van Nuys Boulevard and West Osborne Street.
A 40-year-old pedestrian riding a bicycle died after the 10:30 p.m. collision on Dec. 4th, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The LAPD sent officers to the scene where they located the injured pedestrian who was struck by a northbound motorist on Van Nuys Boulevard. The report stated the pedestrian was standing in the street at the time of the collision.
Paramedics from the Los Angeles Fire Department pronounced the person dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the driver involved stopped and cooperated with the investigation.
Finally, the person who died will be identified after relatives are notified.
