PANORAMA CITY (April 6, 2017)- According to OnSceneTV, a man was the victim of a pit bull attack Wednesday morning near the area of Ventura Canyon Avenue and Roscoe Boulevard.
The incident occurred right around 2:24 a.m. when a stray pit bull approached an young Asian man leaving him with both facial, hand, and arms injuries including bite marks across his forehead and face.
