6 Injured in Paramount Crash on 710 freeway Near Rosecrans Avenue
PARAMOUNT, CA (August 25, 2021) – Several were injured after a car crash on the 710 Freeway in the city of Paramount.
According to an article published by the KTLA News, the accident took place late Wednesday night. Officers reported the wreck at about 10:06 p.m.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department said at least three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Paramount. They crashed on the 710 freeway near Rosecrans Avenue.
Multiple Vehicles Collide
At least one of the cars involved then rolled over upon impact. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found a total of six people hurt as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel treated the victims for the unspecified injuries they sustained in the incident. They took some of the patients to a hospital for further treatment.
Officials did not release the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, officers forced a part of the 710 freeway near Rosecrans to shut down for hours following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Paramount crash.
