Paris Camille Banks, 32, Fatally Struck by Vehicle at Tampa Avenue and Oxnard Street Tuesday
Tarzana, CA (September 14, 2021) – Paris Camille Banks, a 32-year-old woman, died following a suspected hit-and-run crash that occurred in the area of Tampa Avenue and Oxnard Street Tuesday morning.
The ABC7 News reported Paris Banks was riding a skateboard in the streets of Tarzana. When the woman approached the intersection of Tampa and Oxnard, a silver Toyota Avalon hit her.
Our sources indicated the horrible crash took place at about 12:30 a.m.

When emergency teams arrived at the location, they found Paris Banks lying on the ground. The woman, believed to be homeless, succumbed to her injuries and died at the scene.
The article published mentioned the driver of the Toyota Avalon did not stop to help the victim. Authorities said the hit-and-run suspect fled the scene heading south on Tampa Avenue.
At this time, detectives handling the case continue to investigate several factors surrounding the deadly hit-and-run crash in Tarzana.
