Edwardo De Arellano Arrested Parlier DUI Crash
PARLIER, Calif. (Dec. 2, 2019) – Edwardo Alfaro De Arellano, 33, of Reedley, was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence and unlicensed and causing a collision Monday night at Manning and Zediker avenues in Parlier.
Arellano posted $27,000 bail and was released from jail at 1:00 p.m. on Dec. 3rd.
He was arrested following a collision about 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 2nd that left 10 people with injuries. Police believe he was speeding at 80 to 90 mph as he drove down Manning Avenue and then struck the back of an Audi SUV. The impact caused the Audi to veer into opposing traffic where it was struck by another vehicle, according to ABC 30 News.
A fourth vehicle, possibly a truck, reportedly crashed into the first two vehicles.
Paramedics responded to the scene and treated 10 people, including four children, for various injuries.
The injured were transported to local hospitals with unspecified injuries.
