PASADENA, California (April 8, 2016) — A police shooting took place Friday morning following a traffic stop on a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of Los Robles Avenue and Buckeye Street, according to ABC News.
The shooting took place in the 1000 block of North Los Robles after police attempted to pull over a driver. The driver stopped and one man ran out of the vehicle on foot. The suspect allegedly had a gun and police shot and injured him at the scene.
The Pasadena Police Department reported the shooting at 9:15 a.m.
“Hopefully there were no serious injuries involved today,” said Attorney James Johnson.
