Minor Injury Crash Involving SUV and Pickup Truck
PASO ROBLES, Calif. (August 9, 2024) — A head-on Paso Robles car accident happened Friday on South River Road, just south of Santa Ysabel Avenue.
The two-vehicle collision occurred in the southbound lanes of River Road at around 7:47 a.m. on August 9th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The drivers of a dark grey Ford Explorer SUV and a white Nissan Frontier pickup truck were involved.
The San Luis Obispo Sheriff’s Office is responding with firefighters and paramedics due to minor injuries reported from the scene. CHP officials did not mention how many people were taken to a hospital or if they were treated on scene.
Meanwhile, tow trucks were requested to remove both vehicles due to major front-end damage, the report said.
Finally, investigators are working to determine fault for the Paso Robles car accident on South River Road.
