Police Investigating Deadly Newport Beach Collision

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (Dec. 20, 2024) – Patrick Taylor Bush, 38, died in a pedestrian accident on Tuesday night on East Coast Highway in Newport Beach.

The man was hit by a car around 8:30 p.m. on Dec. 17th, in Newport Beach.

A driver in a westbound vehicle struck the 38-year-old transient due to unknown circumstances. Paramedics responded and rushed him to a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Police are working to determine what led up to the collision.
