Woman Hit and Injured by Vehicle at Laguna and Francisco
San Francisco, CA (May 24, 2023) – A pedestrian suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Laguna and Francisco Street.
According to KRON4 News, a vehicle struck a female party at the intersection in Marina District. Earlier reports indicated the collision took place on May 24, Wednesday, around 4:36 p.m.
Major Pedestrian Accident in San Francisco
Emergency crews later arrived at the crash site. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to the woman found unconscious, and lying on the street. Subsequently, an ambulance rushed the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Officials mentioned the driver involved in the collision stayed at the scene, and cooperated with the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to work to determine exactly how and why the accident happened at Laguna and Francisco Street in San Francisco.
