Woman Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Hollister Avenue

GOLETA, Calif. (Nov. 20, 2023) — A woman was injured in a pedestrian accident in Old Town Goleta at Hollister Avenue and Nectarine Avenue.

The collision occurred at around 9:45 a.m. on Nov. 19th, according to Noozhawk.

The woman was hit Sunday morning by a Toyota pickup truck due to unknown circumstances, according to the Santa Barbara County Fire Department.

Paramedics responded and rushed the injured woman to Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department is heading up the investigation into liability for the crash.
