Two Men Hit by Car on Sixth Avenue in Downtown San Diego
SAN DIEGO, Calif. (Feb. 24, 2025) — Two men were struck by a car Sunday night in a pedestrian accident at Sixth Avenue and G Street in the Gaslamp Quarter area of downtown San Diego.
A driver in a black Mercedes Benz sedan hit the two men in a crosswalk at the intersection in front of the Cielo Rooftop Lounge, according to a report by Sideo TV.
The men were both bleeding from their head, but conscious and speaking to emergency responders after the collision.
Paramedics responded and transported both men to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries from the collision.
The male driver and his passenger stopped and cooperated with authorities at the scene.
Investigators are working to determine fault for the pedestrian accident in San Diego.
