Pedestrian Struck by Vehicle in Williamson Avenue
EAST LOS ANGELES, Calif. (June 27, 2022) — A major-injury pedestrian accident happened Monday morning on Williamson Avenue in East Los Angeles.
The collision occurred about 7:59 a.m. on June 27th in front of 667 Williamson Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials say the driver struck the pedestrian, just north of Hubbard Street.
The pedestrian was reportedly unconscious and coughing up blood following the collision.
Paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene to help the injured person, but there are no further details at this time. The victim’s injuries are considered to be major, the report said.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault for the East Los Angeles pedestrian accident on Williamson Avenue.
