AZUSA, California (April 26, 2016) – According to California Highway Patrol dispatch, a traffic collision involving a pedestrian was reported in the area of East Newburgh Street and Rockvale Avenue on Tuesday night. (map)
CHP received a report about a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle at the intersection about 8:30 p.m.
According to the incident log, paramedics were requested to the scene to attend to the victim who may suffered injuries following the accident.
The name and the condition of the pedestrian at this time remained unknown.
Meanwhile, the car involved was described as a red Toyota Corolla.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash.
