CARMICHAEL, Sacramento (October 12, 2016) – A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle at Hollister Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard late Wednesday afternoon, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The CHP team mentioned a white Subaru Legacy hit a pedestrian at the intersection at around 5:49 p.m.
No immediate information was provided on the severity of the pedestrian following the crash but as per the log, emergency crews were en route the scene to provide aid.
Further, due to coroners still working on notifying their next of kin, the names of the involved were not yet released.
Investigation is ongoing as several factors remain unclear, and to determine charges and liabilities.
