Pedestrian Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash in Santa Ana at 1st Street, Harbor Blvd.

SANTA ANA, Calif. (July 27, 2026) — A pedestrian suffered major injuries Saturday night after being struck by a hit-and-run in Santa Ana at West 1st Street and Harbor Boulevard.
The collision, which occurred on July 25th around 10:42 p.m., involved a man crossing the street who was hit by an oncoming vehicle. It’s unknown at this time if the victim was in a crosswalk or not at the time of the collision.
Paramedics responded and rushed him to a hospital in critical condition.
Meanwhile, the involved driver fled in an eastbound direction on 1st Street, but there was no description released.
