LOS ANGELES, California — According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, a pedestrian was killed in a collision on southbound Highway 101 just at Melrose Avenue.
The incident was logged on March 29 at precisely 10:14 p.m.
In an article by The Daily News, CHP said 31-year-old David Paul Noel walked westbound from the center median and into the No. 1 lane, directly into the path of a Nissan Altima.
The Nissan struck Noel, who was then ran over by a silver Honda Insight.
Noel, of Sun Valley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, CHP affirmed that both drivers of the Nissan and Honda pulled over following the incident. Investigation is underway.
