Skateboarder Hit by Car in Palmdale
PALMDALE, Calif. (June 17, 2022) — A driver struck a skateboard rider Friday morning on the southbound State Route 14 at Palmdale Boulevard.
The collision occurred about 11:34 a.m. on June 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported a driver in a white sedan struck the skateboarder due to unknown circumstances.
The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded to the scene to help the injured rider. The report did not provide any further details about the injured skateboarder. Also, it’s unknown if anyone else suffered injuries in the Palmdale crash.
Meanwhile, investigators are working on the case and will determine fault.
