Cyclist Dies at Hospital After Collision Near Soboba Road Saturday
San Jacinto, CA (March 27, 2022) – Pedro Garcia, a 74-year-old man, passed away following a traffic accident that occurred on Lake Park Drive Saturday.
According to My News LA, Garcia was riding a bicycle traveling in the streets of San Jacinto. When the man approached the area near Soboba Road, the passenger side of an oncoming Honda hit the cyclist. The horrible crash took place at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The article published online mentioned paramedics found the victim with major injuries. Due to his condition, an ambulance rushed Garcia to the hospital for further treatment. The patient later sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The Riverside County coroner’s department confirmed the identity of the deceased as Pedro Garcia, of Hemet.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Honda appeared unharmed after the incident.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate several unclear factors surrounding the fatal crash.
