Percy Moore, 82, Killed in Apple Valley Crash at Rimrock and Corwin Roads
APPLE VALLEY, CA (April 4, 2022) – A car crash killed Percy Moore at Rimrock Road and Corwin Road in Apple Valley.
The coroner’s office identified the 82-year-old Apple Valley man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place last month.
The incident happened when Percy James Moore was driving in the area of Rimrock Road and Corwin Road in Apple Valley.
1 Injured in Wreck
For an unknown reason, he collided with another vehicle in the intersection. The Victor Valley News described the cars as a pickup truck and an SUV which both obtained major damage upon impact.
Percy Moore sustained life-threatening injuries as a result of the crash. Paramedics rushed him to the Loma Linda University Medical Center where he died on April 3.
Another person survived the collision with minor injuries. The report added that firefighters at the scene freed at least one trapped occupant from the wreckage following the incident.
The accident occurred on March 21 at about 5:35 p.m. The cause of the Apple Valley crash is still under investigation.
