Omar Bolanos, 21, and Ruben Bailon, 24, both of Perris ID’d by Coroner as 2 Killed in Crash
NUEVO, California (July 28, 2014) – Two young men were killed Sunday night in a 3-vehicle wreck at the intersection of Nuevo Road and Foothill Drive near Perris, California, according to a report by CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department.
About 9:22 p.m., CAL FIRE/Riverside County firefighters responded to the multivehicle collision where two people died at the scene and two others were hospitalized with moderate injuries. Two other people were not injured in the crash.
Responding firefighters had to cut and rescue victims who were trapped in the vehicles.
“My condolences go out to the families of these people as they cope with this tragedy,” said Attorney James Johnson.
Police will continue to investigate this crash and issue a report determining liability.
