Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Crash on State Route Highway 74

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Oct. 25, 2023) — A motorcycle accident happened Wednesday morning in Perris on Highway 74 and Mapes Road in Riverside County.

The traffic accident occurred at around 6:09 a.m. on Oct. 25th, according to the California Highway Patrol.

CHP officials reported that a white Chevrolet pickup truck collided with a motorcycle rider due to unknown circumstances.

Meanwhile, paramedics from the Cal Fire/Riverside Fire Department responded and transported the injured rider to a hospital where he or she is being treated for major injuries.

Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Perris motorcycle accident on Highway 74.
