Cyclist Pinned Under Truck Near Rider Street

Perris, CA (October 27, 2022) – A motorcyclist suffered injuries following a traffic crash that occurred on Indian Street Thursday.

According to My News LA, a man riding a motorbike collided with a big rig on Indian Street. The accident took place just south of Rider Street; and east of Interstate 215 in Perris.

Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after 3:25 p.m. The article published online mentioned the rider slid underneath the truck during the collision. However, the motorcyclist extricated himself before rescue teams arrived.

Medical personnel checked the condition of the rider. After the evaluation, they decided to transfer the injured party to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment of moderate injuries. Personal information on the patient remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

At this time, detectives continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the crash on Indian Street in Perris.
