Two Bicyclists Hit by Car on Bodega Avenue
PETALUMA, Calif. (April 12, 2019) — Two people riding bicycles were struck by a vehicle Friday morning on Bodega Avenue, just east of the Two Rock Valley Presbyterian Church.
The crash was reported to the California Highway Patrol about 7:25 a.m. near Pepper Road. Paramedics with the Petaluma Fire Department were called to the scene to access injuries to the bicyclists and both were transported to a hospital for further treatment. The report does not disclose how serious those injuries were. The vehicle required a tow truck.
The crash remains under investigation by police to determine liability.
