Highway 101, Washington Street Petaluma Crash
PETALUMA, Calif. (Sept. 28, 2020) — A motorcyclist was among six motorists that collided Monday morning on US 101 Highway in a Petaluma.
The Petaluma crash was reported at 6:14 a.m. in the southbound lanes near Washington Street, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A motorcyclist on a black bike, a maroon GMC Silverado and a silver van were among the six motorists involved, but it’s unknown at this time if anyone was seriously injured.
The vehicles were blocking multiple lanes in a construction zone on the highway. It’s unknown how serious the crash was or if any of the vehicles were towed.
The cause of the Petaluma crash and liability are under investigation by police to determine fault.
