Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Petaluma Crash at Stony Point and Roblar Roads
PETALUMA, CA (September 11, 2020) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after a traffic collision in the area of Stony Point and Roblar roads on Friday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol dispatch team, officers received a call about the accident at approximately 6:50 a.m.
Their report log indicated that the rider of a black motorcycle and a white pickup truck with a trailer collided for an unknown reason at the intersection of Stony Point and Roblar roads.

Fire department officials along with the paramedics responded to the scene and attended to the motorcyclist who suffered major injuries upon impact.
Medical personnel then transported the patient to the hospital for treatment. The name and condition of the wounded party at this time were not disclosed.
Meanwhile, officers briefly closed the intersection as a result of the wreck. CHP did not mention if the driver of the pickup was hurt or if they stopped following the crash.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the incident.
