Phat Tran, 25, Dead After Car Accident on 91 Freeway Sunday
Orange, CA (June 23, 2021) – Phat Tran, a 25-year-old man, suffered fatal injuries following a traffic collision on Interstate 91 Freeway early Sunday.
The Orange County Register reported Phat Tran was an occupant in a Lexus traveling on 91 Freeway. Per article published online, the car crashed into a tractor trailer near the Orange County and Riverside County border. The catastrophic incident took place just east of Green River Road.

Shortly after 4:50 a.m., emergency crews arrived at the location. Paramedics reportedly found a male party unconscious. Despite life-saving measures, the 25-year-old Garden Grove man succumbed to his injuries and died. Authorities later confirmed the identity of the deceased as Phat Tran.
Several factors surrounding the car crash in Orange County remained unclear. At this time, investigators continue to determine the precise cause of the fatal collision on 91 Freeway.
