PHELAN, California (Sunday, July 19, 2015) – An SUV and three other vehicles blocked the roadway at the intersection of Sheep Creek and Amador Roads.
The caller who reported the crash to the California Highway Patrol described the scene as “really bad.” Two of the vehicles posed a potential traffic hazard. Family members arrived on the scene shortly after the emergency crews arrived and managed to drive the moderately damaged vehicles home.
The accident occurred at 7:31 p.m., according to a California Highway Patrol. According to the witness who called police, a dark vehicle he believes was involved in the crash had passed him in an unsafe manner prior to the collision. The precise nature of the injuries sustained in the incident have not been disclosed.
