Head-on Collision Highway 138 in Phelan
SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, Calif. (April 25, 2022) — A head-on crash near Cajon Junction happened Monday morning on state Route Highway 138, just east of Wagon Train Road in Phelan.
The collision occurred about 6:05 a.m. on April 25th at a “sharp curve” in the roadway, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported two motorists crashed when one of them veered into the pathway of the other vehicle.
Paramedics responded due to undisclosed injuries reported by at least one person.
There are no further details about the crash on Highway 138 to report at this time.
Investigators are working on the case and will determine fault or if any charges will be filed.
