PHELAN, San Bernardino (November 19, 2016) – According to an article by VVNG, Kase Chip and Anthony Soto died following a head-on collision on Phelan Road.
On November 18, Friday at around 11:10 p.m., a car accident involving three vehicles transpired near Wilson Ranch Road.
The crash resulted in fatal injuries to two male–19-year-old Chip, and 22-year-old Soto. As per the article, both were declared dead on scene after the vehicles they were driving collided head-on.
Furthermore, three other parties from the involved vehicles were reportedly listed in critical condition. And a sole person sustained minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol team continue to investigate the cause of the fatal collision and liability.
