PHELAN, California (February 23, 2015) –– One person was hospitalized Monday morning in a two-vehicle crash on the State Route Highway 138, just east of Angeles Crest Highway 2, according to a dispatch by the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 11:24 a.m. between the drivers of a black Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and a white Ford Focus sedan. Paramedics responded to assist those who were injured and one person was taken by ambulance to a hospital in San Bernardino.
The crash was blocking traffic and Desert Valley Towing responded to remove disabled vehicles.
Police are heading up an investigation into the crash to determine liability.
