Suspect in Hit-and-run Crash is Sought
PINON HILLS, Calif. (Nov. 18, 2024) — A pedestrian accident happened Sunday night in Pinon Hills on Highway 138 near Evergreen Road.
The injured man was airlifted to a hospital after being struck by the suspect in a white SUV around 8:03 p.m. on Sunday night, November 17th, according to Victor Valley News Group.
Witnesses came to help the injured man and called 911 for paramedics.
The San Bernardino County Fire Department responded and found the critically injured man lying in the middle of the highway.
The victim was airlifted by helicopter to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
The California Highway Patrol is heading up the investigation into the pedestrian accident.
