1 Hospitalized After Car Accident at Cedar Ravine and Pleasant Valley Road Friday
Placerville, CA (May 21, 2021) – At least one person suffered injuries following a rollover car crash in the area of Cedar Ravine and Pleasant Valley Road.
On Friday, at about 2:20 p.m., the California Highway Patrol group reported a car accident that occurred at the Placerville intersection. A vehicle of unknown make an model overturned at the crossing of Cedar Ravine and Pleasant Valley.

When medical personnel arrived at the site, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. The CHP dispatch later confirmed one person sustained major trauma as a result of the wreck. An ambulance transported the patient to a hospital for treatment and further evaluation.
Additional details on the car crash in Placerville have not been discussed thus far. At this time, detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate exactly what happened here and why.
