Major Injury Collision at Forni and Missouri Flat

Placerville, CA (April 26, 2023) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Forni and Missouri Flat Road.

On April 25, Tuesday, a person riding a motorcycle collided with another vehicle at the intersection in Placerville. Officials described the car involved in the wreck as a gray sedan.

CHP logged the case around 11:48 p.m.

When rescue teams arrived, they immediately checked the conditions of all parties found at the crash site. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed one person sustained major injuries. The name and age of the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

Detectives assigned to handle the incident stayed at the location the whole afternoon. They continue to work at this time to determine exactly how and why the collision happened at Forni and Missouri Flat Road in Placerville.
