Multi-Vehicle Collision Near Newtown Road
Pleasant Valley, CA (April 20, 2022) – At least one person suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Pleasant Valley Road Wednesday afternoon.
The Mountain Democrat News reported three vehicles collided for an unknown reason in the area near Newtown Road. According to the article published online, the crash involved a silver Kia; a blue Nissan Pathfinder; and a large tree removal truck.
Officers said the incident took place at about 1:18 p.m.
Major Car Accident on Pleasant Valley Road
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they immediately rendered aid to all possible victims. Authorities mentioned an air ambulance transported one driver to Sutter Roseville Medical Center. The name of the patient, and the extent of their injuries remained undisclosed.
The Mountain Democrat officers stayed at the scene until around 3:50 p.m. They continue to investigate the precise circumstances that led up to the crash on Pleasant Valley Road.
