3 Injured in Snowmobile Crash Near Lake Davis Sunday
Plumas County, CA (January 16, 2022) – Multiple people suffered injuries following a snowmobile accident that occurred near Lake Davis, the CBS Sacramento reported.
Our sources indicated three snowmobilers got involved in a crash in Plumas County Sunday afternoon. The exact time when the incident took place remained unknown.
When rescue teams arrived at the crash site, they found all three victims immobile. Another snowmobiler ran into the wreckage and rendered aid to the victims.
Responding officers reportedly transported via snow cat all three injured parties. An ambulance then received the victims and transported them to the hospital for treatment. Authorities continue to withhold the names of the patients, and their condition at this time pending confirmation.
Several factors surrounding the accident remained unclear. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led up to the crash near Lake Davis in Plumas County.
