2-Vehicle Crash in Plymouth at Highways 16 and 124
PLYMOUTH, Calif. (August 22, 2022) — A two-vehicle Plymouth crash happened Monday on the eastbound Highway 16 at State Route 124 (Plymouth Highway) in Amador County.
The collision occurred about 8:20 a.m. on August 22nd, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials say the drivers of a silver Toyota Prius and a white minivan collided due to unknown circumstances. The minivan suffered front-end damage in the collision.
Paramedics responded to the scene after authorities noted at least one person suffered minor injuries in the collision. There are no specific details about those hurt, including whether anyone was taken to a hospital or treated only at the scene.
Meanwhile, tow trucks removed both of the vehicles and police are heading up an investigation into the accident.
