At Least 1 Injured in Car Accident on Highway 16 and 124 Wednesday
Plymouth, CA (May 13, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol group reported a suspected hit-and-run car crash that occurred in the area of State Route 16 and 124.
On May 12, Wednesday, at least two vehicles collided at the Plymouth intersection. First responders found at the accident scene a white Kia Sorrento.
Medical personnel arrived at the location shortly after 7:15 a.m. According to the CHP dispatch, the Kia ended up disabled on the right-hand shoulder of the freeway. Paramedics checked the conditions of all the occupants of the Kia. After the evaluation, authorities confirmed at least one person sustained injuries from the collision.

Meanwhile, the second vehicle involved in the wreck apparently fled the scene before police arrived. No immediate information was available on the hit-and-run suspect.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate at this time several factors surrounding the hit-and-run car crash in Plymouth.
