Rollover Collison on PCH in Point Mugu
POINT MUGU, Calif. (Nov. 18, 2024) — A major injury crash happened Sunday afternoon on southbound PCH or Pacific Coast Highway, just south of the Wood Road overpass in Point Mugu.
The two-vehicle collision occurred on State Route 1 around 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 17th, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch log.
A white Acura overturned in a collision with a second silver or white vehicle due to unknown circumstances, the report said.
The vehicles were blocking northbound and southbound lanes of Highway 1 or PCH.
Paramedics from the Ventura County Fire Department responded and located at least one person who had major injuries and transported them to a hospital.
Ventura Tow removed both vehicles from the highway and investigators are working to determine fault for the Point Mugu crash on PCH.
