2 Workers Hit and Injured by Vehicle on San Bernardino Freeway Sunday
Pomona, CA (November 15, 2020) – Two people suffered injuries following a traffic collision on Interstate 10, also known as San Bernardino Freeway, Sunday morning.
According to an article published online by NBC Los Angeles, a Ford Mustang hit Caltrans workers on I-10. The incident took place at about 12:40 a.m. near Kellogg Drive.

Emergency teams responded to the site and rendered aid to the workers. Due to the extent of their injuries, paramedics transported the two patients to hospitals for treatment. Authorities later determined the victims are contractors with Atkinson Construction. Pending confirmation, the names of the injured workers remained undisclosed.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the driver of the Mustang.
Investigators handling the case continue to work to determine the precise circumstances that led to the pedestrian accident in Pomona.
