At Least 1 Hurt in Car Accident on San Bernardino (10) Freeway Sunday
Pomona, CA (August 31, 2021) – On August 29, Sunday, a suspected hit-and-run car crash occurred on the Interstate 10 Freeway in Pomona.
The California Highway Patrol group reported two or more vehicles collided for an unknown reason on Interstate 10 Freeway, also known as San Bernardino Freeway. First responders found at the scene a gray Mazda involved in the crash.
Shortly after 3:45 p.m., medical personnel arrived at the location. Responding medical personnel worked immediately to render aid to all possible victims. After the evaluation, officials confirmed at least one person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. The name of the victim, and their condition at this time remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

Meanwhile, officials mentioned one motorist fled the scene after the collision. Investigators continue to work at this time to identify and locate the hit-and-run suspect.
