San Bernardino Accident Investigation
An investigation into this collision is underway to determine fault. As police go over the evidence at the scene and piece together witness statements, they will come up with a determination of fault.
If a negligent driver or dangerous condition caused a collision that left you injured or took the life of your loved one, you may have grounds for a personal injury or wrongful death claim.
It’s important to note, however, that it’s quite common for insurance companies to try and avoid paying out a claim even when they know their insured is responsible. They may also make an offer to settle for far less than the full amount owed. This is unacceptable.
