Traffic Collision on West North Grand Avenue in Porterville

PORTERVILLE, Calif., (Nov. 04, 2026) — A traffic collision involving two vehicles occurred Thursday in Porterville at West Northgrand Ave and North Westwood Street.

The collision was reported on Nov. 4th at 4:07 p.m. and involved a Nissan SUV with significant front-end damage, the California Highway Patrol reported. Emergency responders from the CHP and the Tulare County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the scene shortly after the crash was reported.

Initial reports indicated a potential need for medical attention, as there were children inside one of the vehicles involved. However, subsequent updates confirmed that there were no immediate injuries. Wallace Tow was contacted to remove the damaged Nissan SUV from the scene.

The circumstances leading to the collision remain under investigation by the local authorities. Police are asking any witnesses to come forward with information that may assist in their inquiry.
