Auto VS Motorcycle Crash on Highway 101 Friday
PRUNDALE, Ca (June 16, 2019) – A traffic collision involving a motorcyclist occurred Friday evening on Highway 101, according to the California Highway Patrol group.
At approximately 9:16 p.m. on June 14, a man riding a motorcycle reportedly crashed into the rear of an Audi A6. The accident took place on the northbound lanes of SR-101 near San Miguel Canyon Road.
Our sources indicated the impact caused the rider to lose control of the bike. The man ended up slamming into the center divider of the freeway.
First responders found the motorcyclist lying down on the roadway. At this time, the name of that person and their condition remained unknown.
Meanwhile, details on the Audi driver have not been disclosed thus far.
Investigators continue to determine the precise circumstances that led to the collision.
