ONTARIO, Calif. (May 30, 2023) — Quincy Bush, 36, of San Bernardino, died in an Ontario pedestrian accident at West State Street and South Oak Street.
The deadly crash occurred around 9:24 p.m. on Monday, May 29th, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The Ontario Police Department and paramedics responded to the intersection and located the San Bernardino man suffering major injuries. Sadly, despite efforts to save his life, he died at the scene at 9:39 p.m.
The circumstances leading up to the collision remain under investigation by the Ontario Police Department.
