Motorcyclist, Car Crash in Parking Lot at County Administration Building
RED BLUFF, Calif. (Sept. 13, 2018) — Quinton McDonald, 35, of Red Bluff was hurt in a collision in the parking lot of the County Administration building.
The crash took place about 6:30 p.m. on Monday night between his 2003 Honda XR-100 motorcycle and a 2004 Toyota Prius driven by Red Bluff Councilman Gary Jones.
McDonald was reportedly driving through the parking lot when the two vehicles collided between the Administration Building and the Veterans Hall. Jones was on his way to attend a council meeting.
Paramedics responded to help McDonald who suffered a leg injury in the crash, but he declined medical attention.
The rider’s motorcycle suffered major damage and there was minor damage to the Prius on its passenger side. It’s unknown what led to the collision or who is responsible.

A full investigation into what caused this collision is underway.
