Donald O’Brien Arrested
TUOLUMNE, California (September 26, 2016) – 32-year-old Rachel O’Brien and a 13-year-old juvenile male sustained injuries following an alleged DUI crash on Highway 49 just after Saturday midnight, according to an article by My Mother Lode.
As per the article, 36-year-old Donald W. O’Brien was driving a 2007 Toyota on the highway near Springfield Road when he suddenly went off the highway and struck a traffic sign. The impact resulted in the Toyota flipping several times before coming at rest on the west shoulder.
Responding paramedics located a woman at the scene, later identified as Rachel, suffering in minor injuries. Another victim found was a 13-year-old juvenile male with major trauma. Both parties have been taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center.
Further, officers affirmed Donald was also hospitalized and provided treatment for major injuries before being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence. Donal was booked into Tuolumne County Jail.
