San Bernardino Man, 59, Dies in Collision at Intersection
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (Feb. 16, 2026) — Rafael Cruz Sr., 59, of San Bernardino, died following an early-morning crash at West Kendall Drive and North University Parkway in San Bernardino, authorities said.
Officers with the San Bernardino Police Department responded to the collision at approximately 3:43 a.m. Monday, Feb. 9, 2026.
Cruz was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
